If i push it harder and keep it around 2000RPMs, it will accelerate strong and shift gears smoothly and have no problems, the problem is I drive in a city alot, and you cant always accelerate that fast in traffic. However, if i go above 1700, two things can happen. I will try my hardest to explain it simply, because its annoying as hell to explain.ġst gear- 1st gear is a funny one, so if I leave a stop and keep my RPMS below 1700, the transmission shifts fine and smooth and dandy. So anyways, the problem happens but i can manipulate it all depending on my RPMS. After I got it back I found myself with a strange hesitation and surging (which had been happening pre rebuild), but it seemed stronger now. I recently (less than 10K miles) had my transmission rebuilt from a reputable shop, also had a billet torque converter installed. But there has been a issue since day one with this thing, I just have not really wanted to look into yet, but motivation has finally struck.

So its been awhile, trucks been doing awesome and i've been packing some miles on it.
